  • Ideal for those new to Pilates, rehabbing an injury, or anyone looking to strengthen their base. This class is designed to build core strength, enhance postural stability, and increase body awareness through controlled, precise movements. You'll develop a solid understanding of Pilates principles, laying the groundwork for a deeper, more advanced practice.

  • Foundational Vitality is ideal for those new to Pilates, rehabbing an injury, or anyone looking to strengthen their base. This class is designed to build core strength, enhance postural stability, and increase body awareness through controlled, precise movements. You'll develop a solid understanding of Pilates principles, laying the groundwork for a deeper, more advanced practice.

  • This class is athletic, creative, and will leave you feeling a deeper connection to your body. Sequences build in intensity and challenge your endurance, providing a true slow burn. Expect dynamic, controlled movements that build strength, improve coordination, and enhance balance.

    Suitable for:

    • Intermediate/advanced clients. We suggest 5-10 Essential Vitality classes prior to joining.

    Not Suitable for:

    • Prenatal clients over 16 weeks

    • Clients with injuries that limit weight-bearing exercises on wrists or knees

  • Build control and power in this dynamic, low-impact, high-energy class. We incorporate low-impact cardio intervals using the jumpboard to keep your heart rate up while continuously challenging your entire body. This class is designed for those who love to move and feel that core-focused endorphin rush!

    Suitable for:

    • All levels

    • Prenatal clients up until 16 weeks

  • Connect and release every muscle, improve range of motion, and ease tension in the body and mind. This class is ideal for participants looking to move mindfully, increase mobility, and decrease tension throughout the body. We will use props such as rollers and balls for a deep myofascial release. Decrease your risk of injuries, help your joints move through their full range of motion, and increase muscle blood flow for long-term overall health. You will leave this class feeling open, with less tension, and moving with ease.

    • All levels
